I think the ECAC is still the 4th best conference, with the CHA coming in #5 and the MAAC #6. You haven't seen the ECAC's best until this past weekend, as I would say right now the 6 Ivies are better than the 6 non-Ivies as a whole. The best team in the conference is far and away Cornell, with Harvard not far behind. Brown and Dartmouth should finish in the top half of the conference as well. Clarkson will likely finish near the top, but I don't see any of the other non-Ivies contending for the title. RPI and Colgate will likely contend with Dartmouth and Brown to finish in teh top half, but I think that it's likely 3 of the 4 byes in the ECAC playoffs will goto Ivies.
