Aside from the wishful-thinking-ness of Syracuse and Penn State, there have
been some more obscure movements afoot at Colorado State and North Dakota
State over the last few years.

Question (this preparatory to saying something foolish):  Are there any
other schools looking to move up to division I?  By my count we have 58
now - adding 2 more to make it 60 would be nice.......
