He may not of understood, but stated the specific ASK and fleshed out how
this amendment would effect Maine TRIO Programs...  I believe we, as a
Maine community, need to remember...  What he says in a group statement in
Maine presentation.  What he does in DC is what matters and he must be
called on it...
If he did not understand, it is a powerful "teaching moment" that must be
made clear through a strong response from the Maine TRIO Community!  I have
already called..  Let's have another 50 more!
