Twas three weeks before Christmas

With too much to do

One more thing on the list

Would make you feel blue


Between gift buying and giving

And parties galore

Why would you be thinking

Of adding one more?


But wait, this is different

Truly a hit

It has to do with our conference

The one called “Got Grit”


We have a great auction

To buy some great swag

But first we must bring it

Now don’t start to lag…


Bring baubles, and trinkets, scarfs, mittens, don’t snooze

Bring baskets and blenders and yes, please bring booze.

Bring funny, bring somber, bring whatever you wish

Bring something for auction that helps accomplish


MEEOA goals and objectives most of which are

To help us bring someone to Policy Seminar

Be creative, be witty, aww just be yourself

But please do not bring us your elf on the shelf!



I know behind every corner more busyness lurks

But bring it, just bring it because TRIO Works!
