Work is complete for today.  4th floor/IDFC is completely migrated to 
new switches.  3rd floor still has a few connections to move from 
cat-p-wishcamper-idfb2 to the new switch.  The old switches in IDFC have 
been powered down as well as IDFB1 and IDFB3.  I will get together with 
somebody tomorrow to remove them from NMIS as I do not yet have access 
to change devices in the tool.  We will schedule another time to do the 
2nd floor/idfa and finish the 3rd floor/idfb.
