The third period seemed to be the difference in this game.  Maine
defeated SLU, 3-2.  Maine outplayed the Saints in the third to get the
tying and winning goal.  It sounded like outstanding hockey from both
teams for the first two periods.  Maine's goalie, Jimmy Howard, had a
large number of the crowd cheering for him.  He is from the North
Country and it sounded like they turned out in force to welcome him home.

Same two teams tomorrow night.
