VAEOPP will be hosting an Upward Bound grant writing workshop on October
15-16, 2016 in Richmond, VA prior to our annual conference.



~Presenter *Lisa Retamozo* has over twenty years of experience in the
implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of federal (TRIO)
and state funded educational and career opportunity programs. Ms. Retamozo
has a very successful record of securing over *$116 million *for new and
continuation TRIO (TS, SSS, UB, UBMS, McNair, EOC) grant proposals for
colleges, universities, and non-profit agencies.
