Hello MEEOA Membership!

As Terri and I move forward in planning the 2018 MEEOA Conference, we
wanted to reach out to all of you in order to gather interest in a
pre-conference workshop. We had heard in the past year that members would
like to have an On-Course training optional as a pre-conference at MEEOA.

As of right now, a 1-day workshop could run that “ introduces educators to
learner-centered strategies that empower students to become active,
responsible learners; additionally, this workshop provides an opportunity
for participants to determine how they will use these strategies in their
educational roles with students.”-OnCourse

If you are interested in this training, please let me know ASAP so I can
move forward with scheduling the event. There may be a charge for the event
of approximately $65-$110 per person, depending on the number of
individuals interested.
