Summary: 
	Upgrading firmware on one of the USM campus cores in Portland.  

The upgrade will cause loss of network connectivity to Science Building C-wing and Payson-Smith Hall for ~30 minutes.  The rest of the USM Portland/Gorham campuses may experience network instability during the upgrade. 

We will also be rebuilding the Payson Smith network closet and moving clients which may cause some additional down time in Payson-Smith hall.
