*The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) is a membership-based
nonprofit whose mission is to achieve college access and success for
low-income students, first-generation students, and students with
disabilities. The mission is realized through program and professional
development for college access and success professionals, research and
evaluation, and advocacy.*

COE is looking for a full-time TRIO Alumni Relations Coordinator to join
the Executive Staff team.  This position will report to the Senior Vice
President for Membership and Human Resources, and work closely with the
Chairs of the Board of Directors Alumni Committee.  The primary duty is
researching, developing and implementing an effective National TRIO Alumni
Association, to include a framework for measuring progress in terms of
membership goals and event participation.  This position will also
establish relationships with key alumni and other organizations, and keep
the TRIO Alumni Website updated with relevant and interactive content.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of
experience in an comparable role, and be a TRIO alum.  Core skills include
excellent inter-personal and communication skills, the understanding of how
to turn abstract ideas into concrete, successful results, and the ability
to balance multiple priorities.
