Anybody interested in either the Templars (or the Albigeois,
in whom EP had some interest -- at least he took a walking
tour through the region) might like to explore this site:

http://www.multimania.com/insolite/

The Cathar site is:

http://www.cathares.org/sommaire.html

They're both run by the same informal group, Les amis
de l'insolite.

The sites are very entertaining.

Subject: New Question

    In Canto 90 Pound asks,

    "Builders had kept the proportion,
                      did Jacques de Molay
                            know these porportions?"

What was Pound's relationship if any to the Masons or the Knight's
Templars? And what are these "porportions" of which he refers? The
Templars
were, as I understand, involved in banking. Anyone know more about this?
