The only translations I published were the ones published in the
special Pound issue of Helix, many years ago. I proposed an edition
of Pound's Italian journalism, Orientamenti plus selected others, to
the University of Minnesota Press in the late '70s. Their readers
were not receptive. I think the project has considerable merit, and
I would encourage you to proceed with it. The only other
translations I have published were the bits and pieces of Italian
letters, etc., that I translated for my Pound and Fascism book.

I am glad of your presence in Rapallo, where you can benefit from
Massimo's advice. My general experience of Italian Pound scholars
is that they are reluctant to do the necessary archival work there in
Italy, which is unfortunate since you need to be on the spot to do it.
Good luck!
