If you read chapter One of my BARB OF TIME, you'll find
find that I set forth the schema I envision for the Cantos,
i.e., the three "phases" the poem goes through, in terms
of the supernatural female figures that interest Pound
from the Odyssey, but in Pound's own order of spiritual
ascent: (1) Sirens, (2) Circe, (3) Aphrodite.  This may
help provide a framework.  Good luck with your thesis.
