Hugh--Not sure I should get in the middle of this one, but....Terry
(Carroll F. Terrell),  the founder of  Paideuma and of the NPF, is still
the editor of Paideuma. I think he is generous in his acceptances, and so
has a large backlog. The journal appears on schedule. Sylvester
