   Not very often, it seems.  I can tell you that articles accepted in the
spring of 1996 have still not appeared.  I now hesitate to advise anyone
to submit an essay to the journal because of the cavalier treatment that
contributions have been receiving.  Can nothing be done about the
management of the journal?  SAGETRIEB appears to be well run; why isn't
its sister journal as good?
