Friday's Hockey East Scores:
 
Boston University 2, Merrimack 1
Boston College 7, Northeastern 5
New Hampshire 7, Providence 5
 
What this means is that UNH and BU will have a showdown on Saturday for
the HE title.  If BU wins, they will be the #1 seed and get the
automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament, the opposite for UNH except
that UNH is the only team of the two who can win the title outright.
UNH is assured at least a share of the title.
 
Merrimack can still gain home ice with a win against BC on Saturday.
