Anyone who wants to add herself to the list may do so.  Anyone on the
list who wants to take herself off may do so. Thus if anyone decided to
add herself to the list merely in order to post a series of expletives
(or explatives, if you prefer), I don't so how I could prevent that
person from doing so. But conversely, if you decide that you don't want
to read such a message, you have the choice of either deleting the
message or unsubscribing yourself from the list.
