Scope: Network connectivity in all buildings

Summary: 
	During the maintenance window there will be some work done to the Router which may bring connectivity down to the campus.  This work is being done to troubleshoot the issues we had this past weekend.

Also during the maintenance the switches will be upgraded, as a result the buildings will see a brief outage during the reboot.
