Scope: Network connectivity: Dorms, Alfond Arena, Shibles Hall, and Wells

Summary: 
	During the maintenance window we will be doing some work on the network equipment that may affect connectivity.  

Users may have to reboot their machines when they get in to get a new IP address, specifically for the dorms.

Alfond Arena, UPS's are going in and switches will be powered down during the move.

Shibles Hall and Wells, users should not see any changes as Vlans are being added to the switches.
