Comcast used to have a station in the Boston area (CN8) which would pick up regional games involving local teams (BC,BU, etc.). Unfortunately, they went off the air this winter and Comcast has not picked up ESPNU to at least add to their digital sports package, due to their unwillingness to pay what ESPN wants to charge them. So, Comcast subscribers maybe out of luck, unless NESN or Comcast Sports Net picks up the games (provided there are no conflicts with the Celtics, Bruins or even Red Sox pre-season batting practice! :-(().

They have been putting the regional games on ESPNU recently. Sometimes, not all of the games can fit on ESPNU, so they allow other stations to pick them and/or stream them on ESPN 360, like they did last year.
