Alison, Our P. hookeri has ridges on the scape that appear spirally. Have
not noticed any such ridges on the P. orbiculata.
               The two basal leaves are considerably smaller in  P hookeri.
Also, as Sal, said, P. hookeri has a much shorter scape.     Gale
