Poun’s Personae, says (about the title): Unidentified.
It is a pity, isn’t it? But he suggests it is a name —
maybe Pound was trying to refer a Chinese poet — that
“resembles Ts’ao Chih ... as well as T’ao Ch’ien”.
It’s all I know about the issue.
