CONTEST #1 - simple pick the winners contest
Use these directions if you want to enter contest 1 only.
If you want to enter contests 1 and 2, follow the directions
for contest 2. If you want to enter all 4 contests, follow the directions for contest 3

Information required:

1)name, address(city, state), e-mail address,
    team affiliation (optional), league affiliation (optional).

2)for each game, choose the winning team.

3)for the total tournament, predict how many games go into OT and the total goals scored.

Contest scoring:
For each first round game (games 1-4 where all  participants
     are known in advance), 2 points will be awarded for
     picking the winning team.

For each second round game (games 5-8, where only one
     participant is known in advance), 4 points will be
     awarded for picking the winning team.

For each game of the Phrozen Phour, (games 9-11 where none
     of the participants are known in advance, 6 points
     will be awarded for picking the winning team.

If, at the end of the tournament, the preceding does not
     determine a  winner, the first tiebreaker will be the
     total number of games that go into OT (as specified in
     the tiebreaker section of the entry form).

If the number of OT games does not determine a winner, the
     second tiebreaker used will be the total goals scored
     in the tournament.

You must specify the total number of goals scored in the
     appropriate line in the tiebreaker section of the entry
     form. If that line is left blank, I will use zero for
     the total goals  scored.

If no winner is determined after tiebreakers, co-winners will be declared.
