Great game for the Black Bears tonight in their 7-3 win over
the Eagles! With a few exceptions, we really slowed down BC tonight.
Maine dominated play along the boards and in the corners. The
game certainly wasn't as close as the score--at least from my
vantage point.

And an especially great game for Prestin Ryan--he's been playing
fairly well (meaning clean) as of late, but tonight he really
showed why we want him on the ice and not in the box. I REALLY
like the talent that kid has! I also had to chuckle about the
nice shiner he was sporting--I heard that he got it from a teammate
who didn't appreciate Ryan's "threatening" gestures during a
recent practice...go figure!

Anywho--great performance all around tonight. Let's come out
strong tomorrow night and get the sweep!!
