Good point Tim. We should distinguish between literacy campaigns which
aim at elevating peoples' minds and those which are designed to enable
people to read "The Little Red Book of Whoever" or the regnant archive.
On another subject i.e. Pound as economic heretic. Question. If usury
and interest are the same thing then why do financial advisors instruct
people that the best thing they can do for their financial situation is
reduce or eliminate their credit card debt? We do not, on the other hand,
hear them exhorting people not to borrow money to finance sound business
ventures.

Happy Summer Solstice, this might be the longest day of the year.

    "Wahn, wahn, uberall wahn!"

    As usual,
       Charles
