     Fans who made deposits on North Dakota State hockey tickets will get
     their money back now that voters have rejected a sales-tax proposal to
     pay for a new arena. NDSU received about $135,000 in deposits for
     season tickets. NDSU athletic officials are holding meetings this week
     to come up with an alternative funding plan for a new arena. . . .
