From my perspective this looks pretty good. The covid virus transmission rate in Penobscot county is still pretty low. That said things could change as U Maine opens. I think flexibility is key and RSU 26 has to have the ability to change course quickly. Given that rates of transmission vary so much from place to place it is difficult to draw conclusions from the experience of other areas as to how those experiences would impact our community. I talked to Sara’s mom (she’s the only Veazie Kid registered for tball). She said she not received any tball info through the school. She found out about it by going to the Orono Rec website. Should we advertise somehow in Veazie? Or are we good with having mostly Orono kids?<br>(I, personally, would find it a lot easier to have all practices in Orono, especially if 95% of the kids in the program live in Orono...any thoughts on practices only happening in Orono for tball?)<br>Jess [...]
