Looks like Union's foreign national "scholarships" are starting to pay
off.
 
        I should have made clear,  earlier,  though.   I think the reason that
Union can do this is that such scholarships are not governed by the same
Federal rules that need-based financial aid to American citizens is.
  Simple as that.   Nothing sinister at all.   But it is still galling that
American kids don't get a shot at that benefit.
 
        Btw,  I think I detect a subtle reduction in the strength of schedule of
other Union sports.   I wonder if the two are connected?
