For once the NCAA stuck true to its form for seeding.  First split the two
regionals by PWR, then switch the 5 and 6 teams in each bracket.  The only
other change was a 4/5 swap between UNH and Wisconsin, which only affects who
has the last line change and who wears the white jerseys.  As far as I can see,
there was no allowance for who'll bring more people, etc. It's good for the
NCAA that Michigan stays west, but that's the way it was going to work anyway.
