I have to agree with Mark. I had the good fortune to have been on the bench for that game. I was emotionally "wrung out" when it ended so suddenly. What set the stage so dramatically was Kenny Hammonds tieing goal with close to two minutes left in regulation. Kenny came dowm from the backside point and was alone in front to tie up the game when the puck squirted loose. I still have the ESPN? tape of the game but I've had the student announcer's (Richie Glassman?) play-by-play voiced over. We have shown that tape on a number of road trips. I remember arriving at a hotel and the player's not getting off so they couldd watch the end of the game.
