I don't see what all the hurry is to lay down a sum of money two-three times what the house is worth on the *real* market. Is there anyone *competing* to buy it for near that amount? I wonder if the Idaho Pound group is inflating the price in order to get what they really need or in the hope of getting extra money to be used for renovations, or ...
