Glen Keeney writes (about Goofus):

I'm glad to hear he's feeling better; when I talked to him at GLI, he said the
reason he didn't have the "stick" was because he had tendonitis!  (Not sure if
that was due to his job or too much wrist movement at hockey games -- I'd bet
on the latter, myself!)
 
Randy, if you see him soon, let him know at least one hockey fan is glad that
his arm is better.
