Until the mid-50's, scores are regularly in the teens. It seems Clarkson frequently had 15-0-type wins over St. Lawrence --- In those years, the Ivy League teams regularly pounded Clarkson -- including a 14-5 win by Dartmouth in that same year of 1942 --- though I don't think it was the Ivy League back then.
