I would have to regretfully agree with this. It does seem that the Globe has lessened its coverage, at least early on. I was in Boston this weekend for two huge games --- BC-Mich. St and BU-Vermont. I was always impressed with the Globe coverage. But it was very small this time around and I was disappointed. Certainly not the fault of the hockey writers there, but at least at this stage, it does appear to be pushed aside. Just seconding that observation. Of course, there's plenty of good coverage on-line these days, and it's for reasons like this that on-line media has been created. Especially in hockey, it can fill a tremendous void.
