I have a question about this game which I haven't seen a definitive
answer about yet. It appears that it will pit US collegians against
Canadian collegians, with the only stipulation being that Canadian-born
players at US colleges are not eligible to play for the US. (The reverse
is obviously the case as well, although you don't hear about many
Americans playing at Canadian schools).

My question is: Do these represent "US Collegians vs. Canadian
Collegians" as players representing specific colleges from their
respective nations, or, are these two pools of "college players from the
United States vs college players from Canada"? If the former is true,
how do excellent Canadian players representing (almost all) Div.1 US
colleges get to play in the game?

(If the latter is true, then my question was a *bit* overblown and obvious;
but, what the hell...)
