I don't see anything wrong with picking LSSU ninth. However, the Lakers have
plenty of returning upperclassmen and transfers to fill out the squad. It
would be nice if some of the newcomers can contribute, but it may not be
required. The Lake Superior depth chart looks something like this:

LW C RW
McCABE-SR PERON-SR ALVEY-SR
BLAZNEK-JR BATTAGLIA-JR LANE-SR
GEORGE-JR FUSS-JR SESSA-SO
KUCSULAIN-SO MARCHANT-JR HANSON-SO
PRAZNIK-SO SLUKYNSKY-FR CHEESEMAN-FR
                           KEUP-FR ROSATI-FR

               LD RD
               PULENTE-SR SHARPE-SR
               LAVIOLETTE-JR LAMBETH-JR
               WYNES-JR DEMMANS-SO
               McCAULEY-FR PALMER-FR
               HURTIBISE-FR

                           G
                           GRAHAME-JR
                           KOSECKI-FR
                           GREEN-FR
                           CASTER-JR

If you break down the top 4 lines, 3 defense pairs, and 2 goaltenders the
class makeup looks like this; SR-6 JR-9 SO-4 FR-1 (backup goaltender).
