Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started.

Sorry for the posting to the entire list, but I must regretfully (for the
time being) unsubscribe from the list. However, somehow I've lost the
instructions for doing so. Would someone please send them to me
privately, so as not to bother the entire list again.
 
Thanks - I enjoy the discussions and will rejoin the list when I get my
new e-mail address at my new job.
