Cincinnati Enquirer reported yesterday that Sophomore Goaltender Adam Lord has been in contact with Miami University coaches and may transfer to the Oxford, Ohio school. Lord visted the campus last weekend and would probably step into a starting job, with the graduation of Kevin Deschaumbault and Eustice King. Miami only returns sophomore trevor Prior and walk-on Andy Marsch. Lord was 9-18-2 for a porous UIC team last year and averaged 4.36 G.A.A., with one of his best games being a 39 of 41 saves showing against the Redskins. Robert HOCKEY-L is for discussion of college ice hockey; send information to [log in to unmask], The College Hockey Information List.
