Nebraska-Omaha, is a satellite/branch school of the University of Nebraska system, much like Minnesota-Duluth, UMass-Lowell, or Illinois-Chicago RIP. The main campus, Tom Osborne's campus, is located in Lincoln, a little over an hour south. It will be an interesting situation because Nebraska generally pus all its eggs in one basket athletically, funnelling mucho dinero into Lincoln, which becomes the pride and rallying point of the entire state. To the best of my knoledge this is the state's first program to attempt to go big-time from outside of the main campus.
