The following are the tiebreaker criteria for the ECAC:

1. Head to Head
2. Record vs. Top 4 Teams
3. Record vs. Top 8 Teams
4. Goal differential, Head to Head
5. Goal differential vs. Top 4 Teams
6. Goal differential vs. Top 8 Teams

Based on this I've gone through and tried to figure out who would beat who
in the event of a tie. One BIG assumption -- assume that positions 1-4 and
5-8 don't change. (It gets crazy trying to figure it out if, let's say,
Colgate swaps with Cornell.) Some of the results seem far reaching, but
that's probably because of the unlikely assumptions needed to achieve a tie.
For example, see Clarkson-Harvard below.

Teams in CAPS are certainties in the event of a tie. As for
the others, I freely admit that there's room for opinion in the
decisions, especially at the lower end of the spectrum. Many,
many assumptions were made. But I still think this is representative
of the most likely scenarios.

The rest of this post is arranged in a similar manner to the PWR rankings
spreadsheet.

Vermont -- St. Lawrence
ASSUME: Vermont ties one game
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : Depends on St.L vs Cornell
vTop8 : Probably Vermont
GH2H : 8-6, Vermont wins
RESULT: Vermont probably wins in a tie.

Vermont -- Clarkson
ASSUME: Vermont loses 1 game
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : Clarkson must beat Cornell
vTop8 : Vermont wins here
RESULT: Vermont probably wins in a tie.

Vermont -- Cornell
ASSUME: Vermont loses 1, ties 1
H2H : 0-0-2
vTop4 : If a tie occurs, Cornell would win it here
RESULT: Cornell probably wins tie.

Vermont -- Colgate
H2H : 2-0-0
RESULT: Vermont wins tie.

St. Lawrence -- Clarkson
ASSUME: St. Lawrence ties one game
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : Probably St. Lawrence
vTop8 : Probably St. Lawrence
GH2H : 8-7, Clarkson
RESULT: Close call, but St. Lawrence would have to choke BAD to
give it to Clarkson. St. Lawrence probably wins tie.

St. Lawrence -- Cornell
ASSUME: Cornell beats St. Lawrence
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : If Cornell over Clarkson, Cornell wins here.
vTop8 : Probably St. Lawrence
GH2H : Probably tie.
GTop4 : Cornell
RESULT: 4 more Cornell wins would give it to Cornell. 3 to St. Lawrence.

St. Lawrence -- Colgate
ASSUME: Colgate beats St. Lawrence, one other St. Lawrence loss
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : Colgate must beat Clarkson
vTop8 : Probably St. Lawrence
RESULT: St. Lawrence wins tie.

Clarkson -- Cornell
Need Clarkson over Cornell, then a Clarkson loss and a tie elsewhere
H2H : Cornell wins unless Clarkson beats Cornell
vTop4 : If Clarkson over Cornell, Clarkson wins.
RESULT: Tie to winner of March 1 meeting. If a tie, Cornell gets it.

Clarkson -- Colgate
ASSUME: Clarkson beats Colgate, then get 1 point from Brown/Harvard/Cornell.
H2H : Colgate wins unless the prior assumption holds
RESULT: Highly improbable to get a tie without Clarkson beating Colgate.
If there's a tie, Clarkson wins the tiebreaker.

Clarkson -- Harvard
H2H : Harvard must win.
vTop4 : Clarkson must lose everything, Harvard win everything.
Clarkson would then be 2-4-0, Harvard 3-5-0
vTop8 : Clarkson would be 5-7-1, Harvard 4-1-1
RESULT: Highly improbable. But if it happens, Harvard would win the tie.

Cornell -- Colgate
ASSUME: Cornell loses one game.
H2H : 1-1-0
vTop4 : Colgate sweep up north, Cornell 1-0-1 up north, this is tied!
vTop8 : Colgate sweep up north, Cornell 1-0-1 up north, this is tied!
GH2H : 9-7, Cornell wins.
RESULT: Odds are strong for Cornell.

Cornell -- Harvard
H2H : Cornell wins 2-0-0

Colgate -- Harvard
H2H : Colgate wins 1-0-1

Colgate -- Brown
H2H : Colgate wins 1-0-1

The hardest one of the bunch. Flip a coin...Princeton.

Dartmouth -- Yale

vTop4 : Dartmouth is 0-7-1, Yale is 0-7-0. Assuming Yale beats Vermont...
vTop8 : Dartmouth is 2-3-0, Yale is 1-6-0. Enough improbables.
RESULT: All rides on Saturday's game. Yale win, Yale gets tie.
Also hard, but give this one to Dartmouth.

RESULT: Princeton wins tie.
