I've been wondering what happens if there's a tie for one of the top 4
positions in the ECAC.  This is increasingly likely as the top teams
remain quite bunched.  For instance, if Cornell and Colgate tie for
fourth, they have even head to head records, the next tiebreaker would be
record against the top 4.  But with the tie in the top four, what happens?
Is the record against the top three then used?
