I certainly seem to remember Woog saying he was disappointed in not getting
Cullen, but I never know how big a grain of salt to take with any
recruiting talk.  But it sure would be great if the Gophers got all of the
really good players (Cullen, Scott Swanson, etc.).  Then no one else would
be any good and we'd have lots of boring hockey to watch.
 
In response to one of the posts in this thread, I'll say that I'm not so
sure that I want to give up Mike Anderson.  I suspect he'll never be a big
goal scorer, but I see him developing into another one of those really good
role-players that gives his all and is a lot of fun to watch.  Sort of like
Dan Woog, though John Brill is the Gopher that he reminds me more of.  Nah,
I think I'll keep Mr. Anderson.
