Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=111). The server is probably not started. LISTSERV - HOCKEY-L Archives - LISTS.MAINE.EDU

 I'm looking for a magazine called - Hockey Puck Magazine.
-I'm trying to find an address, or city where its published.
-If anyone can help me- I'd appreciate it.
