My impression on the bell at Cheel now has changed. For the last few
years, i thought it was a way to make noise and generate excitement and
noise from the home team fans. I think the bell has changed with the
addition of the train whistle.

At the game with CU-RPI, i only noticed the bell after the train whistle
blew. It seems like the bell has become something in a chain of noise
making. The train whistle, and then the bell. As I listened, it indicated
a train rolling through.

just my impression on how the bell has changed to me.
