I think you are getting some acronyms confused.  I may be wrong, but I
doubt if you meant to say the ACHA in these instances.  The ACHA
(American Collegiate Hockey Association) is the national governing body
for club hockey programs.  Based on your first line, I assume you mean the
AHCA (American Hockey Coaches Association) (?).
 
It's not that big a deal, but I was confused (and others probably, too)
at first.
