From what I have seen in college basketball (I know, this is a hockey
list), taunting has become a legitimate penalty, foul, what have you.
 
Granted, I haven't seen it in any hockey, either the NCAAs or the pros,
but I think the NCAA may be cracking down. I was under the impression
that it would just be an unsportsmanlike conduct nd that was the
end of it.
