Jeff Jackson's Lakers will be trying to avoid their third straight loss
on Friday night at UIC. In his six years as Laker coach, Jackson has
never lost three in a row. He HAS had winless streaks of three or more
(more than three only two or three times, I believe) on his blotter,
but has never dropped three in a row. In fact, the Lakers have not lost
three in a row since the 1988-89 season.

Does anyone else know of a D-I coach, presently coaching, who has not
lost three in a row? The only possibilities that come to mind are Shawn
Walsh at Maine; possibly Jack Parker at BU and Doug Woog at Minnesota.
