Since I have received a *couple* of private messages asking for more info on the Pro-Ams, I figured I would just write a little short description. First of all, as Adam said, all of the games are played at BU's Walter Brown Arena. Secondly, they are free to anyone. Third, my friends and I enjoy watching the games, they are not to be confused with real college hockey. Nobody really dislikes their opponents. The hitting is about 1/5th what it is in real college games. Defense is something that defensemen try once in a while, and forwards only dream abou It is lighthearted fun which I would reccomend only to those who already love college hockey. A lot of the fun is seeing players you already know from around the leagues playing against each other and with each other. There is no screaming crowd (well... unless you count us!), but you can show up late and still get red-line seats. If someone is not familiar with hockey, don't take them to this, but if you are someone who loves college hockey and are familiar with some of the players from around the East, it might be a very *cool* way to spend a very hot evening. Come by and say hi... we'll be the ones making the noise! :-) See ya, Tony BU'92'93 Former Ogre
