Actually, Jack, Bill Berglund, the goalie coach, nor anyone esle was expecting J.P. to be able to play for BU next year at the start of the year. J.P.'s comeback has been far beyond what anyone has expected. J.P. started working out in net just about two weeks ago, first with tennis balls and now with pucks shot from a puck shooter. Bill Berglund was interviewed by the local stations last week before the semifinals and he said that before J.P. started working out he did not think he would play another game in net for the Terrier. He continued that after seeing J.P. in net for just one week he now thinks it is possible for him to play for the Terriers again next year. Since J.P.'s return was considered a long shot BU recruited goalie Michel Larocque of New Brunswik, Canada, who will be coming to BU in the fall. As for using one or two goalies, it depends on how good the goalies are. Jack has rotated two and even three goalies (Derek's and J.P.'s freshman and sophmore years) in the past several years.
