> FInally, Norton is an excellent hockey person. He is great when >it comes to analyzing play and players' potential after college. He's >funny to. True, but he is biased toward BU, and away from Maine. I have every NESN broadcast involving Maine on tape, and it is so obvious. You'd think every team Maine played is a National championship contender. Also, what about this "ALL-NORTON TEAM" having ZERO Maine players?? It is supposed to recognize the players who were "unheralded" or whatever. The whole Maine team this year was a bunch of hard working guys, not stars. Two of his "players" were also ALL-HOCKEY EAST selections, you could have tried to work a Maine player in, since they were Hockey East Co-Champs you know. It's not like Maine was a "chump" team in the bottom of the league. I just laughed when I saw it, because it affirmed everything I believe. I will never question Norton's knowledge, but he is biased, no doubt about it. --- Deron [log in to unmask] University of Maine (32-6-6) 1995 Hockey East Co-Champions/ NCAA Runners-Up Not bad for a Pre-Season 4th Place Team eh?
